Return Policy

  

Sapphire Vibes is happy to accept returns. Returns are accepted within 30 Days from the purchase date.

*Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

All merchandise must be unworn, and in the same condition it was received. Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. Products must be returned in the original box and packaging so your account can be credited successfully.

If you have received defective, damaged, or the wrong merchandise, please email us at admin@sapphire-vibes.com. Responses will be sent within 48 hours. 

It can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.

The refund will be applied to the credit card or other payment method initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a US credit card.
